Parthenon Pantheon: What's the difference?

I was reminded tonight (twice since we have arrived to Fort Worth) that Texas Tech is in Lubbock and the University of Texas is in Austin, nevermind that its located in other cities in Texas. Since I have never been to Lubbock or Austin the two cities seem like distant whispers, I was told that Austin,is in fact, south of Fort Worth. Who knew.
